1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between tko9 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you", "your") who registers for, accesses, or uses any product or service provided through the tko9 website at https://tko9.net and any associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, or platform interfaces.

tko9 is an internationally operated online gaming and sports betting platform serving the Bangladesh market. We provide sports betting, live casino, slot games, and related gaming services. By accessing the platform, you agree that your use of tko9 services is solely for entertainment purposes and that you take full personal responsibility for all activity conducted through your registered account.

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. Acceptance occurs when you complete the account registration process on tko9, make a deposit, place a bet, or simply access any portion of the platform after these Terms have been presented to you. Acceptance is unconditional and applies to all services and features offered by tko9, including those introduced after your initial registration.

1.2 Amendments to Terms

tko9 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide notice via a platform notification or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of tko9 following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically, as the most current version governs your use of the platform at all times.

1.3 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English, which is the authoritative and governing language of this agreement. Any translation provided for convenience does not alter the meaning or application of the English-language version. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and a translated version, the English text shall prevail.

2 Account Registration

To access betting, casino, and withdrawal services on tko9, you must register a personal account. Registration is free and open to eligible individuals who meet all requirements set out in these Terms. Each person may hold only one registered account on the tko9 platform. Operating multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.

2.1 Registration Requirements

To register a tko9 account, you must:

• Be aged 18 years or older at the time of registration.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address.
• Reside in or access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming services are not prohibited by local law.
• Not be a current employee, director, contractor, or close family member of a tko9 employee or affiliated entity.
• Not have previously had a tko9 account closed for breach of these Terms.

2.2 Account Verification (KYC)

tko9 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify the identity of registered players. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or before certain account limits are increased:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• A recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of residential address (dated within the past three months).
• Proof of ownership for the payment method used to deposit funds (e.g., a screenshot showing your bKash or Nagad mobile number linked to your account).

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary restrictions on your account, including the suspension of withdrawal processing. tko9 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. tko9 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials. 3 Age Restriction

tko9 is strictly an 18+ platform. Online gambling is intended for adults only. We have a zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling and take all reasonable steps to prevent individuals under the age of 18 from accessing or using the tko9 platform.

3.1 Verification of Age

By registering a tko9 account, you declare that you are at least 18 years of age. tko9 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time, including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of a routine compliance review. If age verification documents are not provided within the required timeframe, your account may be suspended until verification is completed.

3.2 Consequences of Underage Access

If tko9 determines or has reasonable cause to believe that an account is held by a person under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended. All funds held in the account will be subject to review. Any winnings generated will be voided. The matter may be reported to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. tko9 will cooperate fully with any investigation by competent authorities into underage gambling incidents.

3.3 Parental Controls

If you are a parent or guardian and you believe a minor in your care has accessed the tko9 platform, please contact our support team at [email protected] immediately. We will assist you in securing the account and reviewing any activity. We also encourage parents and guardians to make use of internet filtering tools and parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

tko9 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through a range of payment methods suited to players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions on the tko9 platform are conducted in BDT unless otherwise stated.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits to your tko9 account are processed in real time or near real time depending on the payment method selected. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by tko9, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction limits. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in the funds being returned and your account being reviewed.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within one to three business days, subject to successful identity verification and account review. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. tko9 reserves the right to apply additional verification steps before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds in accordance with our anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.

4.3 Accepted Payment Methods

4.4 Currency and Fees

All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on tko9 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). tko9 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. International card transactions via Visa or Mastercard may be subject to fees applied by your card issuer. tko9 is not responsible for any charges imposed by third-party payment providers.

5 Bonus & Promotions

tko9 offers a range of promotional bonuses and incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL cricket season, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by tko9 are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotional terms for that specific offer. By accepting any bonus, you agree to fulfil the stated wagering requirements before requesting a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonus offers are available to eligible players who meet the criteria stated in each promotion's specific terms. In general, bonuses are limited to one claim per person, per household, per device, and per payment method. Players who attempt to claim bonuses in excess of their eligibility, or who open multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming additional bonuses, will have bonus funds removed and may have their accounts permanently closed.

5.3 Promotional Validity

All bonuses and free bet credits have a defined validity period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that are not wagered within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the account balance without notice. tko9 is not obligated to extend bonus validity periods under any circumstances.

5.4 tko9 Bonus Abuse Policy

tko9 monitors all bonus-related activity for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk, high-coverage bets designed to exhaust wagering requirements while minimising variance; using multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly; coordinating with other players to fulfil wagering requirements; and exploiting promotional terms through systematic betting strategies. Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus funds voided and may have their account suspended or permanently closed.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the tko9 platform are subject to these general betting rules as well as the sport-specific and market-specific rules available within the relevant betting section of the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable rules for that market.

6.1 Bet Placement and Confirmation

A bet is not accepted until you have received a confirmation message from the tko9 system acknowledging the bet placement. In the event of a system error, network interruption, or failure to receive confirmation, the bet is not considered valid. tko9 is not liable for bets that were not confirmed due to technical issues on the user's device or network connection. It is the player's responsibility to verify that each bet has been confirmed before assuming it is active.

6.2 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant sporting event or game as determined by the official governing body or, in the absence of an official result, by tko9's trading team in accordance with the applicable rules. For cricket markets, official results from the ICC, BPL governing body, or the relevant national cricket board take precedence. tko9 aims to settle all bets within 24 hours of the conclusion of the relevant event.

6.3 Void Bets

tko9 reserves the right to void any bet placed under the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed after an event had already commenced where live betting was not the intended market type.
• A manifest pricing error occurred (i.e., the odds offered were clearly incorrect due to a system or human error).
• The event to which the bet relates was abandoned, cancelled, or rescheduled in circumstances not covered by the applicable sports rules.
• Evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or irregular activity is reported by a recognised integrity body.
• The bet was placed in breach of these Terms or any applicable law.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

tko9 applies maximum single-event and cumulative payout limits that may vary by sport, market type, and bet size. Maximum payout limits are displayed within the relevant betting market on the platform. Any winnings that exceed the stated maximum payout for a given market will be settled at the maximum limit. tko9 reserves the right to adjust maximum payout limits at any time without prior notice.

7 User Obligations

By using the tko9 platform, you agree to conduct yourself responsibly and in good faith at all times. The following obligations apply to all registered users of tko9.

7.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at all stages of your interaction with tko9, including during account registration, identity verification, payment processing, and any customer support interactions. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tko9 platform:

• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access account information, or interact with any part of the platform without human intervention.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the tko9 platform, its servers, databases, or the accounts of other users.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to fix or manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event.
• Using the tko9 platform for any money laundering activity or any other illegal financial purpose.
• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, data, or intellectual property from the tko9 platform without prior written consent.
• Conducting any activity that disrupts, degrades, or interferes with the normal operation of the tko9 platform or its infrastructure.

7.3 Responsible Gambling Compliance

tko9 is committed to responsible gaming. You agree to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the platform — including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options — if you feel that your gambling behaviour may be causing harm. You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that tko9 bears no responsibility for any financial losses you incur while using the platform. 8 Account Closure

Either party may terminate a tko9 player account in accordance with the procedures and conditions set out in this section. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued before the closure date.

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request to close your tko9 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with standard bet settlement rules, and any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds) will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method, subject to identity verification. Self-exclusion requests will be processed in accordance with our Responsible Gaming policy.

8.2 Closure by tko9

tko9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Confirmed underage gambling or suspicion that an account is operated by a person under 18 years of age.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Operating multiple accounts in violation of the one account policy.
• Engagement in bonus abuse or exploitation of platform errors.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or instruction from a competent authority requiring closure.

8.3 Balances on Closure

Where tko9 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings will be voided. Real-money deposits and verified winnings not derived from bonus abuse may be returned at tko9's discretion following a full account review. Where tko9 closes an account at the player's own request without any breach of Terms, the full verified real-money balance will be returned as described in Section 8.1.

8.4 Data Retention After Closure

Following account closure, tko9 will retain your personal data and account records for a period determined by our data retention policy and applicable international regulations.
